Meet the Team
Andrew (he/him)
Andrew is the founder of The Red Desk, a business built on the belief that everyone—no matter their background or profession—deserves the tools and support to thrive. As a bisexual man living with OCD, he brings authenticity, empathy, and a deep care for how clients are treated in every interaction.
He holds a degree in Medicinal Chemistry and a Certificate III in IT, pairing scientific precision with technical expertise. With over eight years in administrative roles and nearly six years in quality assurance, Andrew has developed a sharp attention to detail and a unique perspective on efficiency, problem-solving, and customer service.
Through The Red Desk, Andrew’s vision is to help sole traders and small businesses refine their services, present their professional brand with confidence, and create smooth, user-friendly experiences for their clients. His services include website management, copywriting, calendar and email support, social media management, tour scheduling, basic bookkeeping, and simple graphic design.
Alicia (she/her)
Alicia is an experienced social media manager and qualified bookkeeper, holding a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. With over five years managing social media for real estate clients, her time working within the NDIS sector sparked a passion for using her skills to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Alicia embraces her neurospicy creativity as a painter and artist, and adores her cat Cleopatra, who she calls her soulmate.
Alicia specialises in tailoring social media and website management to suit your business. Whether you want to present as a polished professional, a bold innovator, or something in between, she will ensure your brand connects with the right audience.
Dash (they/them)
Dash has almost a decade of experience in public policy, administrative and campaign roles. They hold a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Writing and Film & TV studies, as well as a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Certificate in International and Community Development. Dash has Autism and ADHD (aka AuDHD) and joined the Red Desk because they want to help traditionally marginalised workers and businesses reach their full potential.
Dash specialises in writing compelling copy without sacrificing your unique voice. They love punctuation so much they named themself after their favourite punctuation mark—so you can rest assured that your website will retain a human touch alongside a polished and professional feel.
Dash is also a strategic thinker who is adept at social media, and can assist with email support, website management, negotiating with clients, tour scheduling and bookings.
